This is a pivotal role responsible for embedding Peabody’s redesigned Performance Management Framework and driving a culture where data-led insight informs decision-making at every level of the organisation.Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will act as a trusted strategic partner — shaping how performance is measured, interpreted, and communicated across the Group.
