Other responsibilities include ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centred care based on best practice, and overseeing the ongoing recruitment, retention, and development of staff within the Home. You will act as a focal point for contact with residents, their relatives, visitors, and health and social care professionals involved in residents wellbeing.
