Your impact: Lead and Mentor : Supervise a team of Employment Advisors, guiding them to success through regular coaching, performance reviews, and support. Performance Management : Ensure your team meets performance, compliance, and quality KPIs across all employment services. Client Engagement : Oversee client progress, ensuring tailored support for each individual on their employment journey. Stakeholder Relationships : Build and maintain partnerships with employers, Job Centres, training providers, and community organisations. In-Work Support : Manage post-employment support to help clients stay in work and thrive. Data and Compliance : Ensure accurate client records and adherence to legal and contractual standards. Promote Services : Advocate for Get Set UK's values across external partnerships and the local community.
