This role is instrumental in fostering data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation, enhancing our ability to deliver bespoke insurance solutions and effective risk management strategies. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of data and BI projects, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and objectives. We are looking for a leader with proven management experience to guide a team of 10 professionals. This role requires someone who is not only skilled in leadership but also eager to remain technically involved and hands‑on with data.
