Responsible for: Supervising the PDI Operatives and Technical team to ensure that all PDI, technical and Valet activities are carried out safely to correct company quality standards. To ensure that KPI's relevant to the role are achieved through daily performance management of the PDI function and its staff. To ensure that company systems are updated to provide process transparency at all times. Key Duties: Maintain productivity of a teamEnsures workload is distributed evenlyOrganise staffing with approved agency providerProvides cover for management absenceLiaise with other teams and departments on site and provides support where requiredLiaise with stakeholders on siteAttend and contribute to operational meetingsConduct daily operational and safety briefingsMaintains KPI performance relevant to the areaProduce daily reports as defined by the managerProvides answers to complaints and provides solutions to prevent recurrenceWorks with the Charging and maintenance team and administration team to ensure that all vehicles are available to PDI when requiredEnsures that relevant skill level is available to cover in line with contractual requirementsEnsure that "damage" vehicles are presented to the Quality function in a timely manner Responsibilities: All activities are conducted within acceptable Health and Safety guidelinesDirectly responsible for a team of operativeContributes to departmental planningCarries out annual appraisalOrganises workflow to meet its objectivesCarry out safety risk assessmentsCreate and review Standard Operating ProceduresHolds and drives meetings with staff If you are interested, please apply online or call the office on
