This is an exciting opportunity to work for a specialist lead generation agency delivering outstanding ROI for clients on various different Lead Generation projects.Salary : £27,000Benefits : 26 days annual leave + stats, gym membership and regular socials eventsLocation : Harrogate – Hybrid working (3 days from home, 2 days office based)As a Lead Nurture Consultant, you will be responsible for building, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners to maximise revenue across assigned accounts. In this role, you will nurture inbound prospects and drive high-quality sales opportunities, reinforcing the features, benefits and real-world value of client propositions.ResponsibilitiesOutbound prospect engagement, conducting calls in English and GermanMeeting monthly internal sales KPIS and OKRsAccurate and detailed data captureAnalyzing your own sales pipeline dataRecognising market trends and sharing intel with the customer and the internal teamDeveloping positive relationships with clients where appropriateStaying up-to-date with current market conditions affecting the sales cycleFulfilling mentorship and coaching duties within the teamAttending and contributing towards all relevant client events and meetingsAttending and contributing towards all internal training and planning meetingsUpdating CRM and client records on a daily basisUnderstanding the basic metrics that exist within the marketing and sales funnels that will be reported to clientsSetting core objectives for weekly work planningContributing to senior management’s strategic account planning where requiredAttending internal and external meetings were relevantCandidate RequirementsFluent in both English and German Language (spoken and written)Excellent communication skills and a consultative xpwpeyx approachCommercially aware and customer focussedEnthusiastic and self-motivatedTeam playerExcellent attention to detailEnthusiastic and self-motivatedAbility to work independently and as part of a teamIT literate – strong Microsoft office & CRM skills (Excel and data reporting skills are desirable)Lead generation experience is desirable but not essentialAdditional languages (e.g. Italian or French) are a plusThis is a fantastic opportunity for a bilingual or multilingual professional to grow within a people-focused environment while enjoying meaningful client interactions.
