You will manage a service portfolio in a set geographical location, develop and lead a team of Pest Elimination Service Specialists, coordinate district services, and pursue sales opportunities. Recruiting, selecting, coaching, and driving performance management are vital components of the position. Your role includes retaining and growing existing customers, ensuring consistent service delivery, achieving district operating income objectives, and fostering a shared ownership culture of success.What You Will DoOversee a team of route service specialists delivering pest elimination solutions to customers.Select, train, develop, and coach service specialists, emphasizing customer retention, account growth, and satisfaction.Manage area business processes to maximize route productivity and ensure consistent service delivery.Fully understand Ecolab protocols and procedures to assure quality service and compliance with applicable regulations and laws.Manage district P&L to maximize profitability.Minimum QualificationsDegree and 1 year of Ecolab or people‑management experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.More than 1 year experience as a Health & Safety Champion (if internal).Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Valid driver’s licence and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.Exceptional communication and organisational skills.Proficient in verbal and written English.Willingness to travel up to 30%, including overnight.Possess or be able to obtain an RSPH Level 2 Pest Management Award.Preferred QualificationsPest industry experience (preferred).Previous sales experience.Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced environments.Experience managing a remote workforce.Business management experience, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources.Knowledge of customer service principles and quality standards monitoring.Ability to analyse complex problems, evaluate options, and implement solutions.What’s In It For YouCompetitive salary, bonus, and benefits.Company vehicle for personal use.Access to best‑in‑class resources, tools, and technology.Grow your income as you drive district profitability.Salary starting from £28,000, dependent on experience.£3,000 London Weighting Allowance for M25 residents.Training, development, and qualification investment.25 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays.4% Flexible Benefits, pension, 4× annual salary life assurance.Bonus opportunity of up to 5% and performance bonus, overtime, and commission.Company car, company iPhone, and opportunity for shares.Long‑term career within a business that recognises talent and offers global opportunities.Our Commitment to Diversity and InclusionAt Ecolab, we believe the best teams are diverse and inclusive, and we are on a journey to create a workplace where every associate can grow and achieve their best.
