Their products are sold across a broad network of independent and chain jewellery retailers throughout the UK. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a commercially driven Sales Director to lead their national retail strategy.Job DescriptionLead the UK retail sales strategy across independent and multiple watch & jewellery retailersDevelop and maintain senior-level relationships with key retail partnersIdentify and secure new business opportunities to expand market presenceLine-manage and develop a small, high-performing sales/commercial teamCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product and operations teams on go-to-market plans and campaignsDeliver accurate sales forecasting, reporting and performance insights to the senior leadership teamRepresent the brand externally at industry events, exhibitions and with trade bodiesThe Successful ApplicantStrong track record in a senior sales role within watches and/or jewelleryExperience managing accounts across both independent and national watch/jewellery retailersStrategic and commercially minded, with the ability to drive sales and profitabilityConfident operating at senior leadership level and influencing business directionMonthly travel to the HQ based in London, weekly travel to accounts across the UK - ideally candidates will be Midlands-based to support national travelProactive, hands-on and collaborative leadership styleWhat's on OfferCompetitive six figure basic salaryBonusCar Package#J-18808-Ljbffr
