The hospital is situated in one of the most attractive locations in England and offers opportunities for city, costal or rural living. With the coastline on your doorstep and excellent schools nearby this could be your chance to live your dream life.The successful candidate will join a fantastic team of 20 consultants in the Obstetrics and Gynaecology service, which is provided to a population of approximately 800,000.The post will involve covering labour ward, caesarean section lists, antenatal clinics, general gynaecology outpatients, general gynaecology operating and emergency gynaecology. Ideally the post holder will have an interest in Maternal Medicine or Colposcopy, but any ATSM that complements the current skills within the department is appreciated.The post holder's should have the following:• Full GMC Registration with License to Practice(ESSENTIAL)• Entry on the GMC Specialist register in obstetrics and gynaecology via; CCT (proposed CCT date must be within 12 months of interview) - CESR or European Community Rights• Ability to demonstrate clinical experience and skill in Obstetrics and Gynaecology• Experience of teaching undergraduate and post graduate trainees• Experience of supervision of postgraduate trainees• Works diligently and efficiently to deliver high quality serviceAdditional InformationThe post is whole time at 10 Programmed Activities.The successful post holder will have access to a wide range of staff benefits including:• Health and wellbeing support, finance schemes and discounts• Competitive relocation package of up to £6,000• Study leave budget of £3,000 across three years, along with support from the learning and development team.The Trust also offers an extra 2 days annual leave for consultants on top of the existing allowance as detailed in the 2003 - Consultant Terms and Conditions.If you want more information on this position then please apply nowWe are often appointed by NHS Trusts to help recruit for their vacancies. xpwpeyx If you are interested in moving to another Trust, but this particular one is not what you are looking for, then please get in contact and let me know as I'm sure we will be able to help.#J-18808-Ljbffr
