This is an exciting opportunity to oversee three fantastic student accommodation sites across Southampton & Winchester - supported by a brilliant on-site team and a values-driven organisation.About the RoleAs Multi-Site General Manager, you’ll be the operational lead across your portfolio, ensuring each property delivers outstanding service, safety and student experience. You’ll manage and develop your teams, build strong resident and university relationships, and take ownership of performance across customer satisfaction, compliance, finances and occupancy.What You’ll DoLead and motivate accommodation teams across all sitesDeliver exceptional student experience and drive 100% occupancyOversee check-in/out, summer turnaround and daily operationsManage budgets, P&L and arrearsEnsure top-tier health & safety and ANUK complianceHandle wellbeing issues, complaints and out-of-hours escalationsBuild strong partnerships with universities, clients and local suppliersRecruit, coach and develop staffSupport planned/reactive maintenance across sitesWhat We’re Looking ForConfident leading teams to achieve targetsExcellent communication and organisational skillsUnderstanding of P&L and operational performanceBackground in hospitality, facilities or property is a bonusExperience in PBSA or multi-site management is desirableWhy Join?You’ll be stepping into a key leadership role at a fast-growing, industry-leading operator, with genuine long-term progression opportunities as the portfolio expands.
