Facilities Client Contract ManagerField based – Unipart sites as required£90,000 plus car / car allowance, 33 days holiday, pension, bonus, life assurance, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits schemeFind out exactly what skills, experience, and qualifications you will need to succeed in this role before applying below.About the Job As the Unipart Facilities Client Contract Manager, you will lead the strategic development and operational oversight of all facilities operations and MHE, ensuring optimal performance of service delivery, infrastructure equipment, and automation systems across warehouses, distribution centres, offices, and transport hubs.As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:Drive innovation in facility design, operational support, commercial effectiveness, energy efficiency and automated material handling to support high-volume, time-sensitive operationsManage all MHE contracts through proactive asset evaluation ensuring full compliance with contract and statutory KPI’s and SLA’s etcBe responsible for the strategic development, oversight, and management of all facilities-related contracts, ensuring they deliver optimal commercial value, quality, and performanceManage key service partner contracts against a global portfolio of properties with various service providers, including planned and reactive maintenance, projects, cleaning, MHE, waste, and utility servicesBe responsible for the overall facilities budget and strategyAbout YouWe’d love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you’d be able to perform well in this roleBachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business, or a related fieldProfessional qualifications in Facilities ManagementSignificant experience in Facilities Management, with a strong focus on contract management, commercials, and vendor oversightExpertise in contract negotiation, administration, and performance managementStrong financial/commercial acumen with experience in budget management and cost controlExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency with facilities management software and technologiesFamiliarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and CAFM Software is desirableExperience with sustainability initiatives (e.g. EV/PV/MEES and energy audits) would be an advantageAbility to lead cross-site compliance programsAnalytical mindset with strong reporting and data interpretation skillsOur recruitment and selection process has been developed to ensure that it is consistent, fair and provides equality of opportunity - all selection decisions are based solely on technical and behavioural competencies. xpwpeyx We do not discriminate on the grounds of race, colour, or nationality, ethnic or national origins, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, marital or civil partnership status, pregnancy or maternity, disability, religion or belief, age or any other current or future protected characteristic as defined in the current Equality Act of England and Wales.
