HGV Class 2 Driver People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Driver to join our well-established client based in High Wycombe.Check all associated application documentation thoroughly before clicking on the apply button at the bottom of this description.This is a fantastic opportunity, offering excellent rates of pay and genuine opportunities for growth and progression.Shifts: Monday to Friday 05:30 am starts Rates of pay: Basic: £15.38 per hour Temp to perm opportunity with a salary of £32.000 bonus of 3.000 once permanent Benefits: Your benefits as a HGV Class 2 Driver are: Excellent hourly rates Ongoing work Weekly pay Training provided Immediate starts Employee well-being programme Day-to-day duties: As a HGV Class 2 Driver, your duties will include (but not be limited to): Carrying out multidrop deliveries ( handball required) Operating and driving Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently to and from delivery locations Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Ensuring all cargo is loaded and secured properly Adhering to traffic laws and regulations Communicating effectively with dispatch and customers Reporting any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management Assisting with loading and unloading of cargo when required Essential skills: To be successful as a HGV Class 2 Driver, you will need: A valid UK Category C licence A minimum of 12 months' experience driving Category C vehicles No more than six penalty points for minor infringements, with no major endorsement codes A valid UK CPC card and Digi card Good spoken and written English Punctuality and excellent time-keeping skills A solid understanding of traffic laws and regulations Effective communication skills Over 25 years of age due to client's insurance purposes Desirable experience: Previous commercial driving experience Previous multi-drop delivery experience Training: Industry related training and ongoing support throughout Contact: If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity as a HGV Class 2 Driver, apply today by clicking the link below or contact our recruitment team to find out more. xpwpeyx People Solutions do not charge candidates any fees or request deposits at any stage of the recruitment process.d02fcfcb-6df4-40ee-95cf-3eb059ce3173
