Ensures systems are user-friendly, integrated with existing platforms, and aligned with compliance and operational goals.Main ResponsibilitiesBuild, test, and deploy AI/ML models and automation workflows independently.Work with users to gather requirements, deliver prototypes, and iterate solutions for R&D use cases.Contribute to documentation, validation, and audit-readiness activities.Monitor model performance, gather feedback, and support retraining or optimization efforts.Provide technical support for integration with data pipelines and R&D platforms.Lead training programs and user onboarding activities.Qualifications and Experience RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.7 years of experience working with AI, automation, or data science solutions.Hands-on experience with scripting languages, ML frameworks, or automation tools.Understanding of life sciences or regulated industry processes is preferred.Collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving skills.About CSL BehringCSL Behring is a global biotherapeutics leader driven by our promise to save lives.
