The successful candidate will be involved in new projects and partner with stakeholders across the organization as the business goes through a transition process.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with confidence and experience to make a real difference within this expanding organization and progress their HR career.ResponsibilitiesDevelop effective working relationships with key leaders, to effectively challenge, influence and become a trusted advisor and support strategic and operational decision making.Execute core people processes: Recruitment, Annual Compensation Planning, Employee Relations, Performance Management, etc.Carry out data analysis and provide insights from HR information, coordinate activities, data and communications for HR processes and projects.Support HRBPs by offering practical advice and act as the first point of contact for employees for self‑service model guidance.Partner with HR Advisor and HRBPs to complete paperwork, contracts, policy updates, monitor HR inbox, support projects as required.Process and advise employees on maternity, paternity and shared parental leave policies.Ideal Experience & Competencies4+ years of professional experience in an HR and business partner function.Experience driving performance management, employee relations, learning and development, and total rewards across a UK division and European regions.Confident working with and influencing stakeholders across business.Experience supporting change management and people transformation projects.Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.Solid problem‑solving skills and comfortable working in a fast‑paced and often reactive environment.First‑rate organizational skills and ability to use own initiative.Rapid learning and application of knowledge.Resilience and proactive flexible approach to maintain exceptional service standards.Strong facilitation and coaching skills.Independent and team player to complete tasks.Prior experience with SuccessFactors preferred; confident in Microsoft Office Suite. xpwpeyx Equal Opportunity StatementThe Company is an equal‑opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment without regard to race (including, without limitation, traits historically associated with race such as natural hair, hair texture, and protective and treated or untreated hairstyles), colour, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, marital or civil partnership/union status, national origin, age, disability, pregnancy, genetic predisposition, genetic information, reproductive health decision, gender identity or expression, alienage or citizenship status, domestic violence victim status, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state/province or local law.
