What will you be doing? You'll be responsible for the supervision and delivery of work along with the development and maintenance of both internal and external relationships.You'll assistin training and development of the team to ensure the quality of work is maintained and be responsible for ensuring health and safety compliance in all aspects of work on site.We'll need you to monitor performance, ensuring all works are completed within budget and on time wherever possible.You'll liaise with project managers and field engineers to ensure the smooth progression of work.You'll make sure that staff are aware of behaviour and professionalism standards expected by M Group Water (MEICA Maintenance & Projects) Limited and are practised at all times.Other tasks will be required.What youll bring Do you have good levels of IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office? Are you apprenticeship trained / certified? Do you have a minimum of Level 3 NVQ and City and Guilds in a relevant subject or equivalent through experience? Can you plan and coordinate effectively without supervision? Do you have a high attention to detail and degree of accuracy? Are you holding or have willingness to study for a health and safety (IOSH, SSSTS, CCNSG or equivalent) qualification? Support with this will be provided if required.Do you hold a valid UK driving Licence.Whats in it for you?
