Lighting, music, kit, cleanliness, energy. You see everything.Member experience – From first tour to long‑term loyalty. High‑touch, personal, proactive. You know names, stories, and you’re present on the floor.Team leadership – Recruit, coach and develop a 5 team (front of house, sales, PTs, coaches). Clear expectations.
