Its mission is to connect the world through a secure, innovative payments network that empowers individuals, businesses, and economies.Job DescriptionThe Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) team creates and delivers products to Visa clients, accelerating the seamless delivery of our solutions and driving new revenue streams. This role reports to the Head of VCS, UK&I, and is an opportunity to expand sales beyond core Visa offerings in the fast‑moving payments space.The position is responsible for partnering with the regional leader to achieve aggressive sales targets and contributing to the continued growth of VCS by driving new sales growth. Working in an agile environment, the candidate must be proactive, pivoting with new information and opportunities.Day‑to‑Day ExpectationsLead prospecting and customer acquisition strategies for opportunities beyond existing Visa relationships.Build relationships with new stakeholders and coordinate opportunities with Account Executives to align with overall account plans.Research customer and market trends to identify potential new clients, introduce innovative solutions, and position Visa as a market leader.Assess deal potential and maintain cross‑functional relationships to advance deals.Uncover hidden client needs and provide confidence that Visa can address them.Create client‑first sales mindset and deliver custom, differentiated solutions.Negotiate and sell based on value while maintaining awareness of deal margins.Leverage internal and external partnerships to bring the best of Visa to clients.This is a hybrid position; office days will be confirmed by the hiring manager.QualificationsSenior level B2B sales experience, especially in Corporate Banking, Large and Middle Market, and industry verticals.Experience selling to large corporates, fintechs, issuers, or processors.Deep knowledge of sales cycles and stages.Proven ability to lead new customer acquisition activities and manage them throughout the sales cycle.Passion for payments, fintech, SMEs, and large markets, with strong client‑relationship skills and knowledge of commercial payment strategies.Resilient, proactive, and capable of executing ambitious goals.EEO StatementVisa is an EEO employer.
