The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organisational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and the capacity to work under pressure in a team environment while effectively managing client expectations.ResponsibilitiesTake initial instructions from clients and supervise the opening of files through the Office Management System.Deal with client cases from initial instruction to completion under supervision.Assist in the supervision and development of support staff.Assist in the marketing and development of the department.Manage own caseload under supervision and meet clients in person, remotely, and at their homes.Time recording of all work undertaken.Report to and receive instruction from the Head of the Private Client department.Required Skills And ExperienceExcellent communication skills are essential.Ability to work to tight deadlines, show flexibility and prioritise workloads calmly and consistently.Adherence to quality and work management systems.Achievement of targets.Ability to work in a friendly but fast-paced and professional environment.Flexibility in supporting other team members.Attendance at required training courses.Maintain Lexcel accreditation including completion of file reviews, CARs, and following procedures for case/file management.Effective cross-selling of services.Willingness to undertake Membership of Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP) or SFE, if not already held; either one or both memberships are required.Why join us?Training and development: Franklins recognises and nurtures talent.
