We are seeking an experienced *Commercial Property Solicitor* to advise clients on a wide variety of commercial real estate matters including general sales and purchases of commercial property, secured lending, commercial leases and development work. This is a new senior role reporting directly to the Partners with extensive opportunity to build experience and client following in undertaking varied and complex work within a supportive and expanding commercial property department. *Negotiating commercial leases and advising on related landlord / tenant issues; * Advising on development transactions including options and promotions, Section 106 Agreements and solar/ battery storage agreements; * Liaising with clients, clients’ agents, borrowers, asset managers, buyers’ solicitors, internal depts and any others as necessary; * Handle client billing and ensure all billing is accurate and timely. *A minimum of 5 years PQE in a Commercial Property position; * Prior experience in commercial property practice is a necessity; * Proactive with commercial and financial awareness; * A good networker and willingness to represent the department in business development opportunities; Our staff are our greatest asset, and we work hard to provide a culture where you can thrive and enjoy a fantastic career.
