Senior Services ConsultantEnsure all your application information is up to date and in order before applying for this opportunity.As a Senior Services Consultant you will be responsible for guiding prospects and customers through the process of determining the right implementation and service strategy to support both their initial and long‑term success with HubSpot. HubSpot is rapidly expanding upmarket and as we serve more customers with advanced requirements and complex tech stacks we need people who can advise and recommend the best way to deploy our software to meet our customers’ business goals.ResponsibilitiesRecommend the right implementation approach and ongoing services for HubSpot’s complex upmarket customers to lead them to long‑term success.Diagnose customer needs based on business objectives and technical requirements.Create customized implementation plans and recommend services or Solutions Partners based on each customer’s unique needs.Work directly with the customer or partner to define resource needs.Establish clear milestones, project plans, and timelines for execution.Present plans to the customers’ Executive team.Influence customer purchase decisions by driving urgency and certainty in recommended solutions.Contribute to the growth of the enterprise practice by enhancing alignment between Sales and Services teams and customizing implementation solutions.Build relationships with accredited Solutions Partners to enhance recommendation quality, contribute to partner development, improve partnership accreditations, and provide advice and recommendations for best practices, business process deployment, planning and change management.QualificationsFluency in English.Customer‑first mindset and a consultative approach to problem‑solving.Deep implementation expertise with complex SaaS software (CRM, ERP, etc.) for large, complex customers.Experience helping customers drive organizational change.Experience driving value conversations to executive teams.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to provide certainty and urgency so customers feel they are making the right decision.Strategic mindset with ability to help customers with long‑term planning and recommend additional HubSpot products and services.Detail‑oriented and strong project management skills.Strong technical aptitude with deep understanding of integrations, APIs and technical strategy.LocationThis role is open in Ireland and the UK for hybrid or remote work.Equal OpportunityMassachusetts Applicants: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
