OverviewYou can get further details about the nature of this opening, and what is expected from applicants, by reading the below.Family Law SolicitorFull time – Flexible Monday – Friday 37.5 hours to suitLocation: LeicesterSalary: up to £55,000 depending on experience in family law.Exam Works is supporting our client in the family law and disputes sector, and we are looking to place a highly experienced Family Law Solicitor who specializes in dispute cases, including separation, divorce and custody matters.You will be responsible for supporting clients, with a focus on representing families during difficult and stressful times of ongoing disputes and disagreements around divorce proceedings, child maintenance and cohabitation disputes.You should have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to build trust and rapport with ease, and offer consistent communication and regular client updates. Maintain excellent report writing and documentation skills.ResponsibilitiesAble to handle a case load of individual family and cohabitation cases.Offer legal advice and best course of action to clients.Support with regards to statements, legal advice and understanding of family law cases and monies owed to agree settlement figures.Understand safeguarding matters and regulations around cases involving children and young people.Provide legal advice around domestic abuse situations.Liaise with family members, authorities and witnesses where applicable.Liaise with social workers, create full file and record all information onto the inhouse database.Any other ad-hoc legal tasks as requested.Essential qualificationsFully qualified Solicitor with completed training contract.Specialist in family lawLaw Degree (LLB)Completed Legal Practice Course (LPC)How to applyApply now or send your CV to Please note, only applications with all essential requirements will be seriously considered. xpwpeyx And we do not offer sponsorship for this position.BH ID 749IND 1#J-18808-Ljbffr
