Join to apply for the Head of New Business & Marketing (FTC) role at Hearts & ScienceAbout The RoleBelow, you will find a complete breakdown of everything required of potential candidates, as well as how to apply Good luck.The Head of New Business & Marketing is responsible for leading Hearts & Science UK’s new business output; defining & leading on our prospecting strategy, shaping pitch-winning solutions, and ensuring the agency is supported and set up to drive growth; as well as Marketing delivery including the Heart & Science’s profile in the UK, awards activity and client communication and engagement.This role recognises the increasing demand for hybrid solutions, with clients increasingly looking for best-in-class service from their agency, bolstered with the agile specialisms a network/Group proposition can offer. The Head of New Business & Marketing would work hand-in-hand with central OMG’s Growth Team to ensure current and prospective clients are able to maximise the capabilities and solutions available to them to drive better outcomes for their business.ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities for the role include, but not limited to:Developing and maintaining annual prospecting strategy, with a clear focus on core areas of potential growth, and clear deliverables.Drive best-in-class pitch solutions for Hearts & Science – from driving strategic recommendations, to stand-out pitch theatre, and detailed contact mapping.Strengthening network collaboration through strong relationships with wider Omnicom agency growth leads as well as the Central Growth team.Working closely with the global growth team on global and regional responses.Developing and maintaining our marketing plan to align on the go-to-market strategy to support Hearts & Science positioning in the market as well as our prospecting plan.Managing & developing all external comms both for the agency and key individuals, whilst working with our external PR agency.About Hearts & SciencePart of Omnicom Media Group (OMG UK), Hearts & Science are an agency fit for the future.Built in the digital age with agility at our core, our DNA is different from your ordinary media agency.
