About the RoleTake the next step in your career now, scroll down to read the full role description and make your application.We are seeking an experienced Director in AI Solution Engineering to bridge the gap between industry-focused architects who identify AI opportunities and the engineering teams who bring solutions to life.In this role, you will shape AI solutions from early‑stage concepts through to technical prototypes — ensuring they are both commercially valuable and technically feasible. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help clients understand how AI can solve real business challenges, demonstrating technical excellence and the art of the possible.You will work closely with sales teams, architects, and technical specialists to design, validate, and showcase AI and ML solutions using leading hyperscaler platforms.What You’ll Be DoingSupport early‑stage sales conversations by helping non‑technical teams understand AI capabilities and solution options.Design, build, and present cloud‑based AI prototypes that bring proposed solutions to life.Translate customer challenges into viable and feasible AI/ML solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.Advise clients on technical requirements, dependencies, risks, and success criteria.Demonstrate deep knowledge of AI technologies and platforms to showcase credibility during proposals and client engagements.This Role Is for You If You Have:Extensive experience working closely with sales teams to shape enterprise‑grade software or AI solutions.Strong expertise in AI Model Architecture, including LLMs and SLMs — with an understanding of performance, suitability, training needs, and deployment approaches.Practical hands‑on experience with at least two hyperscaler AI platforms, such as:AWS Bedrock / SageMakerOpenAISolid understanding of statistics, machine learning, data science fundamentals, data engineering, and big data concepts.Knowledge of the process, data prerequisites, and success criteria required to deliver AI solutions that meet business needs. xpwpeyx Understanding of cloud security, landing zones, and FinOps, particularly relating to AI cost optimisation.Seniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesTechnology, Information and MediaLocation: Manchester, England, United KingdomReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Anson McCade by 2x.#J-18808-Ljbffr
