Health and Safety Manager

This role is responsible for supporting the implementation of the HelloFresh HSMS at the Windmill distribution centre. Providing advice and support to managers and employees, as well as supporting EH&S (Environment, Health & Safety) improvements and initiatives to ensure a safe and healthy work environment across operations. The role manages the Health & Safety team on-site to create and maintain a safe working environment, minimise risks, and promote a culture of safety across the organisation.Make sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.What You Will Be DoingWorking with the Assistant Director of Health and Safety to support the UK Operations teams in implementing the HelloFresh EHSMS (Environment, Health and Safety, Management System).Supporting the UK Operations teams in delivering task and area risk assessments as required, and the development of risk reduction and management strategies.Promoting a positive safety culture throughout the organisation by encouraging employee engagement, open communication and continuous improvement in health and safety practices.Implementing and managing a program of regular safety audits and inspections to assess the effectiveness of safety arrangements.
