Their mission is "growing stronger communities," reinvesting surpluses into community programmes and regeneration initiatives.DescriptionThe In-house Housing Management Solicitor will be:Leading and mentoring a small in-house legal team on housing matters.Advising on disrepair claims, anti-social behaviour, injunctions, and possession proceedings.Conducting advocacy in court and tribunal hearings.Drafting and negotiating tenancy agreements, settlement agreements, and legal correspondence.Working closely with housing operations, tenancy, and complaints teams to mitigate legal risk and deliver tenant‑centred solutions.ProfileThe In-house Housing Management Solicitor should be:A solicitor (or equivalent) with 3+ years PQE, ideally with a strong background in housing law.Skilled in disrepair, ASB, possession, injunctions, and tribunal or court advocacy.Experienced in team leadership or mentoring junior lawyers.Comfortable working in a social housing context and collaborating with non‑legal stakeholders.Highly organised with excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.Job OfferSalary of £58,255 plus benefits and hybrid working. xpwpeyx Real Estate and Property industry.Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionLegalReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Michael Page by 2x#J-18808-Ljbffr
