You should have a professional outlook,empathetic telephone manner and understand the importance of patientconfidentiality.You shouldcurrently be in a substantive NHS post OR in a long-term locum post (more than12 months)If not in currentNHS post, should have been a substantive NHS consultant for at least 3 yearsbefore leaving the NHSOn GMC register andhave no hearings or restrictionsShould haverelevant sub specialist qualifications (FRCS {orth})Be on thespecialist registerMain duties of the jobThis role will involve assessing andoperating on NHS patients referred to One Health, via the NHS e-ReferralSystem. Appointments will be held across a number of outreach clinic sitesacross South and West Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Lincolnshire. The role will involve assessing and operating on NHS patientsreferred to One Health via the NHS e-Referral System. All surgeons who workwith One Health will be subject to our onboarding process and approval from ourClinical Governance Lead.
