This is a great opportunity for an experienced Systems Engineer who enjoys working across the full engineering lifecycle, from understanding customer needs through to delivering fully verified solutions.If you like variety and impact, this team will give you both.Youll be joining a long-established engineering business whose products support critical aviation operations worldwide.Their reputation is built on technical excellence, rigorous delivery standards and the ability to innovate thoughtfully, not just quickly.What youll be doing Youll take a lead technical role, working with hardware and software teams to make sure products are designed, built and validated against real-world requirements.Senior Systems Engineer key responsibilities: Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements Review architectures, interfaces and design decisions Guide development and support verification & validation activity Champion good systems engineering practice and the V-model Help drive commonality and compatibility across systems Partner with stakeholders to influence future product direction What youll bring 1st or 2:1 class Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant technical subject Strong experience across the full product development lifecycle Solid understanding of communications systems, networks or RF Knowledge of VHF/UHF communications, CNS or similar domains Ability to interpret requirements and turn them into functional use cases Experience in demanding, high-integrity environments Why this role?
