Check out our site.Tasks and responsibilitiesWork across a variety of job types. While most briefs are UX/UI or product-focused, you'll also get stuck into branding, graphic design, pitch decks, animation storyboards and more.Lead complex, fixed-term jobs – including client and project management – ensuring timely delivery to our silver-service standard.Collaborate with designers to create exceptional digital products and websites that exceed client expectations, demonstrating best practices, creativity, and commercial impact.Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines that ensure consistency and quality across all our work.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, user requirements and technical constraints – and translate them into elegant, intuitive, effective designs.Lead design sprints, workshops and presentations that engage clients and explain our process and problem-solving approach.Mentor junior and mid-weight designers, offering feedback, support and guidance to help them grow.Proactively identify opportunities to improve productivity and processes across the wider team.Essential skills and experienceAt least 5 years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design thinking and process.Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
