This is a key role providing strategic and operational legal support across the organisation, with a strong emphasis on commercial contracts.You will take ownership of the contracting process, advise on contractual risks, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including supplier and customer agreements.Advise stakeholders on contractual risk, liabilities, and compliance issues.Support the business in managing contract lifecycles, including renewals and terminations.Maintain accurate contract records and reporting systems.Drive process improvements and contribute to training initiatives on contracting standards.Assist with onboarding and compliance checks for suppliers and partners.About YouQualified solicitor (or equivalent) with experience in commercial contracts.Previous in‑house experience within retail, FMCG, or a similar fast‑paced sector is desirable.Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Highly organised, proactive, and solutions‑focused.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Why Join?This is an opportunity to work within a national brand that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
