Organisational Development Partner – CuroApply now, read the job details by scrolling down Double check you have the necessary skills before sending an application.Location: Bath | Salary: £37,000 + benefits | Working pattern: 3 days office, 2 days home | Full Time, Permanent, 37 hours per weekOverviewAt Curo, we’re building organisational capability that transforms how we deliver homes and services – and we need a Learning and Organisational Development Partner to deliver the onboarding experience and develop the colleagues and managers who drive our success.This role focuses on delivering development experiences, owning the onboarding journey, and shaping our learning brand.What You’ll Be DoingOwn the complete onboarding journey for new colleagues and internal movers.Manage quarterly cycles of new manager development, applying frameworks to specific needs.Deliver skills assessments and create personalised learning pathways.Map colleague movements to learning requirements using competency frameworks.Run action‑learning sets and organise manager cohorts for peer learning.Provide coaching support to increase competence and confidence across all levels.Deliver development programmes that build high‑performing teams and individual capability.Continuously evaluate and improve learning design, engagement, and accessibility.Create the Curo learning brand, using the Learning Management System (SkillGate) to deliver core skills such as digital competency, data protection, EDI, and manual handling.Innovate learning delivery – gamified trades training, recorded sessions, and more.Ensure all learning is inclusive and meets diverse colleague needs.Map required performance across all roles and manage learning needs & delivery.Collaborate with the OD Lead to ensure strategic alignment.Measure impact and continually improve the learning experience.What You’ll GetSalary: £37,000 + benefits26 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays), rising to 29 days after 3 years.Birthday off as an extra holiday plus holiday trading options.Up to 10% matched pension contribution with 6x salary life assurance.Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home).Employee benefits platform including health cash plan, cycle to work scheme, gym memberships and thousands of discounts.Access to an Employee Assistance Programme for wellbeing.More About YouWe’re looking for an experienced learning professional who knows what colleagues and managers need to succeed and can deliver development experiences that build real organisational capability.CIPD membership or equivalent professional learning qualificationExperience leading manager development programmes and onboarding processes.Strong understanding of what managers need to be competent and confident.Skills in Learning Management Systems and digital learning design.Experience running cohorts, action‑learning sets, or group development programmes.Ability to create engaging, accessible learning experiences for diverse audiences. xpwpeyx Job DetailsSeniority level: Mid‑Senior levelEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: Human ResourcesIndustries: Non‑profit Organizations and ConstructionDiversity & InclusionWe actively welcome applications from candidates who identify as disabled, LGBTQ+, from ethnic minority backgrounds, and from our Curo customers.
