If you’re passionate about shaping strategic outcomes, delivering transformation, and working in a collaborative, high‑performing team – this is your opportunity to make a difference.As a Gleeds team member, you will have access to:Opportunities to develop and grow your careerA contributory pension schemeEmployee Assistance ProgrammeOur Global Travel Scholarship ProgrammeFlexible working arrangementsWho we’re looking for – Experience, Knowledge and Key SkillsProven experience in programme advisory, project delivery, or data analyticsSector knowledge in transport, utilities, water, aviation or public sectorStrong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder engagement skillsContribution to a dynamic, inclusive team cultureStrong understanding of programme methodologies (MSP, PRINCE2, APM)Knowledge of UK Construction and Infrastructure delivery models such as NEC contractsCommercial awareness with the ability to balance risk, cost and value in client advisoryProficiency with programme controls tools (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI) desirableDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related disciplineProfessional accreditation desirable (e.g. APM, RICS, PMI, or equivalent)Experience working within a consultancy environment, ideally on major UK infrastructure or real‑estate programmesStakeholder management skillsExperience managing teams or client engagementsWhat You’ll DoLead and support delivery of major programmes across Infrastructure sectors.Shape programme strategy, assurance, controls, and transformation.Work closely with clients to deliver tangible outcomes.Contribute to a dynamic, inclusive team culture.Support the development and implementation of programme governance frameworks, assurance models, and performance management systems.Support clients in driving transformation, embedding digital tools (BIM, data analytics), and improving delivery capability.Provide hands‑on support with schedule management, cost tracking, and reporting using standard tools and templates.Contribute to the continuous improvement of programme management practices within a consultancy.Collaborate with Project Managers, Cost Managers, and technical specialists to align delivery with strategic goals.About usGleeds is a global property and construction consultancy with over 150 years of expertise, operating in 28 countries worldwide.
