In this senior role, you’ll be responsible for delivering targeted B2B and B2C new business initiatives, building lasting client relationships, and positioning Goodwood as the go-to destination for unforgettable experiences.What you’ll be doing:Develop and execute long-term new business strategies to meet ambitious targetsCollaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure a healthy pipeline of private and corporate clientsAnalyse sales data to optimise performance and protect marginIdentify strategic partnerships and networking opportunities to expand market reachTeam & CultureDrive initiatives to improve general sales processes and proceduresStakeholder EngagementProvide regular updates to the Sales Director and key stakeholdersCollaborate across departments to ensure seamless communication and alignmentInfluence pricing and product positioning through market insightsMaintain accurate CRM records and utilise tools to manage pipeline effectivelySupport regular reporting and financial forecastingIndustry RepresentationRepresent Goodwood at trade events and exhibitionsBe a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ambassador at all Goodwood eventsWhat you’ll bring:Proven success in Hospitality Sales or Business DevelopmentExpertise in B2B and B2C face-to-face salesStrong track record of growing key accounts and increasing revenueCRM proficiency and commercial acumenExcellent stakeholder engagement, including C-suite and HNWIsAbility to identify and close sales opportunitiesStrategic networking and relationship-building skillsExperience in luxury brands is a plusInitiative and drive to succeedClear communicator and confident decision-makerAnalytical, organised, and detail-orientedPositive, adaptable, and fun to work withAllWestSussexJobs.com is operated by All Regional Jobs LtdCompany registration number: 08780562 | Head Office: The Skiff, 30 Cheapside, Brighton BN1 4GD#J-18808-Ljbffr
