My client in Letchworth are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a brand new role that’s been created due to their continuous growth. You will be providing IT Support and project management across the board, supporting hardware, software and network issues via onsite, telephone, remote and service desk support. You will: Perform 1st/2nd line support functions Update IT helpdesk ticketing management system Particular focus on Cyber Security awareness and training Laptop, Mobile and tablet support Responsible for the setting up and configuration of new PC's, laptops, printers, tablets, mobile devices Providing professional and high level customer service to all internal and external users Assisting with IT projects Documentation of processes and procedures You need: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an IT support role. Microsoft (or similar) qualifications would be advantageous. Working knowledge of: o Office 365 o Windows 10 o Microsoft Azure o Microsoft InTune o Sharepoint o Active Directory o Mobile technology (Apple & Android) o CRM (Preferably Microsoft Dynamics) o Azure Information Protection Ability to prioritise Self-motivated Ability to identify any relevant business risks and escalate them accordingly. Strong communication skills including relationship management skills.
