Our school is expanding, and we are looking to add to our loyal and long serving staff. We are looking for a lively and enthusiastic experienced, permanent Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful applicant will be required to work 25 hours per week (8.30am – 1.30pm, 5 days a week) during term time. The salary will be Kent Range 3, £18,039 FTE, actual salary £10,215 The successful candidate will be expected to: Be someone who enjoys working with children Have relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ3 in Learning Support/ Level 3 Teaching Assistant, NNEB) or relevant experience Demonstrate sound knowledge of early years practice Be a good team player, flexible and prepared to use their initiative Be committed to their own professional development Be imaginative, creative, very energetic and interested in moving on children’s learning Have good interpersonal skills Have good organisational skills Have an interest in classroom display Have regard to the Christian character of the School and its Foundation Lady Boswell’s is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
