Read on to find out more about joining our team…RequirementsWe're looking for a high performing Systems Administrator to join a small but effective team to provide a significant contribution to the company IT Infrastructure. Assisting the Technology Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and developing internal Infrastructure, both on-prem and in the cloud. You’ll be expected to drive change and provide suggestions for continuous improvements in all aspects of our Infrastructure.The majority of your day will be spent being the guardian of our Production environments as well as dealing with 3rd line incidents and requests. There may be times where you'll be required to provide support to users, but this will be on a need-only basis.You'll be responsible for ensuring all work is conducted in a manner consistent with our Information Security and governance processes.You'll also have access and exposure to some DevOps technologies, should this be something you wish to gain experience in.Given the nature of the role, there will be times when travel to our local datacenter will be required.Knowledge, Skills & Experience Experience building and maintaining Infrastructure systems at medium - enterprise scale level Strong Windows Server experience (Domain Controllers, Active Directory, Exchange, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP etc) Strong virtualisation experience (VMware vSphere/ESXi) Some Linux infrastructure experience (Ubuntu/CentOS) Networking administration experience and management (Cisco Switches, Firewalls, VPN, WiFi etc). Practical experience of PowerShell or Shell Scripting Experienced in Azure and/or other cloud providers Excellent time management skills with the ability to work autonomously Excellent communication skills BenefitsSalary £50,000We think we have a great company culture and welcome new team members with open arms.
