Join us on our journey to empower over a million people to change their behaviours and thriveAt Thrive Tribe we deliver award-winning healthy lifestyle and wellbeing programmes that make people happier and healthier We’re looking for a Stop Smoking Advisor to join our Kick-it Stop Smoking Service (Hammersmith & Fulham) AND our 28 Days remote telephone support serviceOur 28 Days team provide stop smoking support via the telephone from our offices in Stratford, supporting a number of our healthy lifestyle services across the UK. Kick-it provides stop smoking support in GP clinics and community locations throughout the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.Like all roles at Thrive Tribe, you can expect your time at work to be fun, varied and challenging. We don’t like to stick to a firm JD as we know from experience that things change throughout the lifetime of a role and it gives our people the chance to play to their strengths.A typical day as a Stop Smoking Advisor might include Helping us maintain the ethos of Thrive Tribe by driving our organisational culture forward across our services and using every opportunity to embed our values Delivering evidence-based interventions that focus on smoking cessation, behaviour change, and psychological support. Working with pharmacies to ensure the delivery of medications. Building rapport with clients to assist in their quit journey, and ensuring an excellent and safe experience. Working with partner organisations to create referral routes and meet targets. Using Microsoft Office and internal databases to record outcomes. Working with colleagues across all of our Thrive Tribe services to contribute to new projects and service developments – we’re always looking to share knowledge and resources Ensuring due consideration is given to Information Governance and Clinical Governance legislation, requirements, and guidance. Please note, whilst we are in lockdown these services are provided remotely from home, but it is expected that we will return to face to face delivery as soon as it’s safe to do so. At this time the successful applicant will be required to work in Stratford and Hammersmith & Fulham, travelling between various sites.RequirementsMore than anything, we are looking for a team player who puts their heart in to their work.
