About this role As an Agency Support Worker you will be supporting people who require additional support with various tasks that meets the needs of each and every service user, this could include: household tasks, personal care, administration of Medication or any other activity that allows them to maintain their independence and quality of life. This could be in the community or in a home setting. Anyone at any stage of life could require care including the Elderly those with learning disabilities, mental health problems, sensory impairment or physical disabilities. You will be the person to help maintain their independence. We currently have several clients that we are supplying to in the area and to facilitate this we are currently seeking experienced and self-motivated individuals who can offer various availability. The ideal candidate must be Flexible as shift patterns vary. So, what can we offer you? · You will be able to work shifts that fit in with your current lifestyle and commitments whether that be days, earlies, late’s or weekend only work · Have the flexibility to change your availability week by week if that is the preferred option · Accrued annual leave for every hour worked · Online Training .
