We are a successful growing global company with over 1500 employees across 15 countries.Why choose Radius?24th in UK Top Track 100. Rapidly expanding global company with an entrepreneurial mindset.  Internal talent development programme. Secondment opportunities to work in our international offices.Innovative, technology driven culture.What will you be doing as Mobile Provisioning Manager? The Mobile Provisioning Manager owns the end to end provisioning process and is responsible for managing activation, provisioning and maintenance of all mobile communication services in the Adam Phones portfolio, ensuring that clients receive the highest levels of service and delivering against agreed SLAs. This position has one direct report and matrix responsibility across Sales, Account Management and Logistics. Strategically lead and develop the Provisioning function to enhance performance by setting clear accountable performance measures.Adam Phones resells mobile services from Vodafone, O2 and EE – including MiFID compliant Mobile Voice Recording. This role needs to ensure that the activation and maintenance of our mobile estate works consistently.Manage network level tools, portals and APIs with each of the operators to make changes to lines across all networks.Conduct regular reviews with our key Network suppliers (Vodafone, EE and O2) for quality and performance improvement.Provisioning, disconnecting, migrating and changing mobile voice or other converged services for our customers using the established MNP processes.Ensure that clients have the correct mobile tariff, content bars and roaming or data bundles to ensure that their services operate correctly.Create a culture and processes which achieve the business goals and objectives with regards to delivering outstanding customer serviceAccountable for ensuring full regulatory compliance and legal requirements.
