FACILITIES HELP DESK Status: Contract Location: Cambridge Salary: £10.49+ per hour (Depending on experience) Start Date: February 22nd to March 14th The role: Deliver outstanding customer service as part of the Helpdesk for Hard and Soft Facilities Management. Handling large call and email volumes from the Helpdesk Users, including logging requests. Helping Subcontractors and Suppliers whilst on site, and remotely. Provide exemplar customer service to all internal and external stakeholders. Assist in the collating of and production of reports as required by Helpdesk and Administration Manager including the Monthly Performance Report. Provide administrative support. What you need to succeed: Ability to process a high-volume data input to a high level of accuracy. Great customer service skills. Previous facilities management experience is preferable. What you will get in return: You will be offered a contract position with a competitive hourly rate of £10.40 per hour (depending on experience). Your working shifts would be 5 days a week, 8.5 hours a day. Start times are either 7am and 10.30am.
