Job Details Pertemps Crawley are working with a client who is seeking a Helpdesk Coordinator on the outskirts of Redhill. Duties include: -Receive work orders via phone, email and portals ensuring the job is logged correctly -Liaise closely with internal teams on the priority of the works to how quickly the job is assigned -Ability to deal with reactive quotations within a cost effective and timely manner -Ensure customers are up to date of the progress of the works, aware of when the operative is visiting and completing the jobs on the database once the works are complete -Liaise with suppliers to ensure all stock is up to date in order for the operatives are able to carry out the works required Experience required: -Previous experience within a Helpdesk environment (Maintenance preferred) -Exceptionally competent Administrator -Have real eye for detail and ensuring you read and interpret detail from calls and emails coming into the business -Very clear and concise communication skills demonstrating strong customer service capabilities -Experience in CRM Systems -Excellent time management skills -Proficient IT skills
