Reporting to the Branch Manager and working across the region as part of our friendly, focused team, you’ll enjoy a diverse and dynamic role driving property sales. With a core purpose of getting properties and selling properties, you’ll bring a helpful and efficient attitude to dealing with customers from the outset and through to completion. That will include measuring and valuing, marketing and managing properties, while ensuring good, frequent communications with vendors and potential buyers at every opportunity, negotiating as required to facilitate a sale. You’ll also be proactive in supporting your colleagues and helping our wherever possible to enable the efficient, effective running of the office. Wherever you’ve gained your sales experience, you’re ready to bring your passion for property to work. Here, you’ll thrive in our dynamic, fast-paced environment by putting your hard-work, customer service skills and target-focused approach into play. You’ll also have excellent communication skills and work most effectively as part of a team.
