Our Exciting Opportunity The Head of Professional Services Resource Management will be part of the Technology Solutions team and will have overall responsibility for resource dimensioning, competence management and development, recruitment including 3rd party resource suppliers, ensuring resource availability to meet forecasted demand, including the ability to flex up and down as demand changes.You willOverall resource forecasting across Technology Solutions, understanding overall demand and the associated competence requirementsEnsure dimensioning of the Professional Services teams to meet the demandCompetence development and training across the teams in line with requirementsRecruitment and sourcing of required competences both internal and externalImplementation of tooling to support demand forecast, dimensioning and resource assignmentDefinition and implementation of key metrics for competence fit, utilization and billabilityLine management of the Professional Services Resource Managers and an assigned pool of technical rolesKey relationship management across the product teams, pre-sale, sales and Technology Solutions to understand future demand and requirements ensuring a proactive resourcing modelTo be successful in the role you must haveExtensive experience in successfully navigating matrix organizationsA dynamic personality able to actively engage and influence a variety of audiences (internally and externally) at all levels of a businessAble to prioritise multiple responsibilities, balancing customer deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligationsDetailed understanding of resource management practices, processes and ways of working in a Professional Services environmentCore leadership abilities: leading by example, with a track record of building teams through which you have delivered a high level of service, through empowerment and effective delegation.Experience in ITSM and ITIL service management frameworks including continuous improvement and the methodologies employed to achieveProficient experience in building and managing Professional Services teams in a technology environmentWhat´s in it for you?By joining us you will be a part of an international team, collaborating to deliver amazing media experiences through forward-thinking solutions and services!
