Randstad is working with a lovely, very well established business based in the East Grinstead, West Sussex area who are looking for experienced Customer Service professionals to join their team. We are looking for candidates with proven Call Centre experience, who can provide an excellent customer service at all times. This is a permanent job opportunity to start date in March 2021. Salary £21,895 + excellent company benefits. Working 35 hours a week Mon-Fri, shifts between 8.45am-6pm. Some Saturday work is required. The main purpose of the Contact Centre Agent role is to promote a range of services and products available to customers, handle enquiries and resolve complaints to the required standards via Inbound calls, outbound calls, e-mail, WebChat and/or social media as required. Skills and experience required: * Previous experience of customer service/care, ideally within a busy Call/Contact Centre environment * Excellent communication skills both verbally and written. * Ability to demonstrate a confident, empathetic approach to customer service including investigation, negotiation and product promotion via a variety of channels.
