Responsible for the Tesco account profitability and customer cost agreements Forecasting – Aligning short and long-term forecasting across all areas with the central forecasting team Site relationship management with all key site stakeholders Driving the commercial agenda alongside NPD and category team Building the short- and long-term strategy of the business QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Ideally educated to degree level or above At least 3 years’ experience managing a major National Account, preferably within a chilled category. Management of one of the major 4 retailers would be an advantage. Able to demonstrate an ability for self-management, but also able to work very closely with a hands on line manager as part of a broader team approach Experience working within a category management led business QUALITIES AND ATTRIBUTES Very strong communication skills Resilience Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy Used to working as part of a cross functional team to get the job done Urgent and responsive – to customer and business needs Results orientated – enthusiastic, energetic and committe Strong problem solving skills A passion for customer service, achievement and being the best For a full job brief please send your cv
