The role of Estate Technician will include : Clearing and cleaning void properties Removal of bulk waste Grass cutting, litter picking and garden salvage Carrying out compliance checks Completing daily work records and maintaining stock levels Ensuring tools and equipment are kept in a useable condition Providing accurate information and updates on the progress of allocated work Skills and experiences : Working knowledge of health and safety regulations Excellent time management skills Previous experience in a domestic / cleaning environment This role will involve driving on company business.
