OverviewJoin to apply for the Day Shift Maintenance Engineer role at Biological Consulting Europe LtdElectrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Commercial Building - Fenchurch Street, London - Up to £50,000 per annumResponsibilitiesCarry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance in a large team on a large building, responsible for all landlord services.Work with on-site maintenance team, including the supervisor; understand/hands-on experience of the listed areas.Lighting maintenance (small installations, fault-finding, lamping, ballast changes, control panels, power distribution).Emergency lighting & Fire Alarm tests.Presurisation units, HVAC plant, plant room maintenance.Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (filter changes, cleaning).Chillers - reset; Pumps and motors.Water treatment (temperature checks, dosing as applicable).Plumbing - unblocking toilets, changing taps, seals, etc.BMS system monitoring (hot & cold).UPS systems – monitor and take readings.General building fabric maintenance and escort sub-contractors as required.Hours4 Days on, 4 Days off; 07:00 to 19:00 (12 Hour Days).PackageBasic salary up to £50,000.22 days annual leave + bank holidays.Birthday off as holiday.Pension; Excellent benefits package; internal and external training courses; genuine career progression; lots of overtime available.RequirementsMechanically qualified – copies of trade certificates must be provided.City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 & 3.Proven track record in commercial or property maintenance.Excellent customer service skills.Honest, hard-working and reliable.Please send your CV to Dan Barber at CBW Staffing Solutions for more informationLNKD1_UKTJ #J-18808-Ljbffr
