The Role You'll work closely with a team of Account Executives to provide first-class service to a diverse portfolio of commercial clients. From renewals and mid-term adjustments to preparing presentations and liaising with insurers, you'll be a key part of ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities Support Account Executives with all aspects of commercial account handling. Manage client renewals, amendments, and documentation efficiently. Build strong relationships with both clients and insurers. Handle a varied book of business across Property, Liability, Motor Fleet, and Package policies. Provide technical support and ensure compliance with company and FCA guidelines. About You Experienced in commercial insurance account handling (broker or insurer background). Confident communicator with great attention to detail. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Cert CII qualification (or working towards) preferred, but not essential. What's on Offer Salary up to £45,000 (depending on experience). Comprehensive benefits package.
