The Person You will be flexible, reliable, possess good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team. Responsibilities Your main duties will include dealing directly with all membership enquiries over the telephone, face‑to‑face and online, organising and delivering outreach activities and completing membership administration duties via our online systems. Qualifications Applicants should have demonstrable abilities of working within a customer service/sales environment and have a track record of achieving targets.
