Our colleagues are at the heart of our impact and we’re committed to creating a culture where they feel supported, included and proud of the difference they make.We’re now looking for a Deputy Head of People & Culture to join us on a 12-month FTC to help lead and shape this culture for the future.**The opportunity**This is a senior, strategic role for a credible HR leader who wants to influence people strategy, strengthen organisational capability, and deliver meaningful improvement across culture, engagement and people services.You’ll work closely with our Head of People & Culture to:* Lead key elements of our People & Culture Strategy.* Drive excellence across People Services, Employee Relations and Engagement.* Provide expert advice on complex ER matters and organisational change.* Strengthen colleague experience, wellbeing, belonging and inclusion.* Use workforce data and insight to drive performance and improvement.* Develop our People & Culture team, fostering capability, confidence and shared pride.* Represent DHU in strategic forums, transformation programmes and external partnerships.**What we’re looking for**You’ll be an experienced, values-driven HR leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
