Every day you will ... Deal with high volumes of invoices to post and credit to make sure they are appropriately coded and authorised before payment, ensuring any queries are resolved promptly. Prepare and process supplier payment runs and ensure approvals are in accordance with the company's scheme of delegation. Complete regular supplier statement reconciliations, ensuring any reconciling items are resolved on time. Produce reporting that is required for any internal or external needs. Assist as required in other team duties and other tasks to assist in the wider finance team and business. What can we offer you? It is essential that you have previous experience of working in a busy Accounts Payable environment. The ability to work in a high-volume Finance Department Excellent Excel skills with the ability to create pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
